The gift card is valid for 2 years from the issue date.

These terms and conditions apply to all electronic and physical gift cards issued by Moooi (hereinafter collectively “the Moooi Gift Card”) sold by Moooi.
The Moooi Gift Card is valid for two (2) years from the date of issue. During these two years, the Gift Card is redeemable for products from the range of Moooi.
The Moooi Gift Card is not redeemable for cash and can not be returned.
The Moooi Gift Card is always issued to the buyer and can not be sent as a gift to another (email) address. The buyer can, however, forward the Moooi Gift Card as a gift to a third party. It is not permitted to use the Moooi Gift Card in any way for commercial purposes - such as resale with any direct or indirect profit - or for purposes other than for which the Moooi Gift Card is issued. This also includes the use of the Moooi Gift Card as a means of payment for the commercial purchase of stock with the intention of reselling or exporting articles. It is also not permitted to use the Moooi Gift Card in any other way that is misleading, deceptive, unfair or otherwise harmful to Moooi or third parties.
Moooi can inform itself within legal frameworks whether the payment obligations can be properly fulfilled, as well as all those facts and factors that are important for the responsible conclusion of a purchase agreement. In order to comply with laws and regulations, Moooi may ask you to provide additional information to verify your identity or to clarify the purposes for which you wish to use the Moooi Gift Card and provide this information to appropriate authorities, including regulators and tax authorities. If Moooi has good grounds on the basis of this investigation not to enter into the Agreement, Moooi is entitled to refuse the purchase or redemption of the Moooi Gift Card or to attach special conditions to the implementation thereof.
The Moooi Gift Card is issued only once. It is not possible to transfer the (residual -) value of the Moooi Gift Card to another the Moooi Gift Card. Only original Moooi Gift Cards and codes are accepted. Moooi reserves the right to accept a de Moooi Gift Card only after the proof of purchase is shown on request or the email in which Moooi or a designated third party sent the code of the digital the Moooi Gift Card and in case of improper use (and any suspicion thereof) still require payment in cash.
Ownership of the Moooi Gift Card is transferred at the time of receipt of the Moooi Gift Card by the buyer. Should after receipt of the Moooi Gift Card a third unauthorized (digital or physical) access to the Moooi Gift Card, this is at the risk of the buyer. Moooi is in no way liable for theft, loss, forgery or misuse of the Moooi Gift Card. Moooi already in no case the remaining credit pay out or settle.
The Moooi Gift Card can only be redeemed in countries that have the same currency as the country in which the Moooi gift card is purchased. The Moooi Gift Card can be redeemed in official Moooi stores and via the official Moooi website. The Moooi Gift Card cannot be used at our re-sellers or shop-in-shop locations. If you have made a payment with a gift card, in whole or in part, and an item paid for with the Gift Card is accepted for return, the amount due will be added to the original Gift Card.
