Amsterdam, Netherlands – November 2026. Moooi expands its presence in the world of hospitality interior design with three new designs.

From Moooi Architectural Lighting, designed by Marcel Wanders in collaboration with Intra lighting, to Urchina Light by Studio Roderick Vos and Push Light by Paul Cocksedge, each design explores the relationship between light, form and atmosphere in its own distinctive way. Together, they reflect Moooi’s approach to hospitality, where ideas can evolve freely, the unexpected invites curiosity and interiors become places of discovery.

Known for its imaginative designs and unexpected forms, Moooi brings its distinctive creative vision to hospitality lighting. Its growing range, from architectural systems to expressive decorative pieces, offers architects and interior designers new possibilities for shaping atmosphere, playing with light and creating multisensory spaces with a character all their own.

NEW: MOOOI ARCHITECTURAL LIGHTING BY MARCEL WANDERS

Bringing together Moooi’s imaginative design approach and Intra lighting’s expertise in lighting technology, Moooi Architectural Lighting marks a new chapter in architectural illumination, where technical precision meets expressive form.

Created in collaboration with Intra lighting, Moooi’s first-ever Architectural Lighting collection is Powerline, a 48V track inspired by the elegant geometry of electric transmission towers. The track delivers power through both its upper and lower sides, while straight sections and 90-degree corners allow it to extend across an interior, creating continuity throughout the space.

Completing the collection are two new fixtures: the Tipsy Potoo spotlight and Fat Potoo downlight, inspired by birds resting on powerlines. Their distinctive forms perch on the track, adding a playful character to the architectural system while directing light where it matters most. Selected decorative luminaires from the wider Moooi collection, including Urchina Light and Push Light, can also be integrated into the system, bringing architectural and decorative lighting together in a cohesive composition.

NEW: URCHINA LIGHT BY STUDIO RODERICK VOS

Inspired by the organic geometry of sea urchins, Urchina Light by Studio Roderick Vos brings a weightless presence to interiors. Available in four sizes, 90, 140, 180 and 300, its slender carbon rods extend in all directions, forming a floating constellation that gently curves with gravity as the scale increases. By day, the design appears as an expressive and sculptural silhouette; by night, its character shifts through light. A hidden downlight provides a warm, focused glow, while an uplight creates a soft ambient effect overhead. Translating the anatomy and rhythm of underwater life into a suspended lighting design, Urchina Light creates an interplay of form, light and space that feels both calm and dynamic.

NEW: PUSH LIGHT BY PAUL COCKSEDGE

Push Light by Paul Cocksedge turns a simple gesture into a suspension light. A curved shade is pushed through a metal ring, creating a balanced form that feels both minimal and unexpected. Reduced to three essential elements, shade, ring and light, the design creates a delicate interplay of lightness, motion and reflection. Rather than directing light outward, Push Light reflects it from the surface, keeping the source hidden and allowing the glow to soften across the shade and into the surrounding space. The result is a warm, atmospheric light with a quietly surprising effect, transforming a simple construction into a sculptural presence.
