Light Takes Flight - Turn architectural lighting into part of the design language.
We are expanding our lighting collection with Moooi Architectural Lighting, opening a new chapter in the world of Moooi. Designed by Marcel Wanders, the collection brings together track, spotlights and downlights with decorative lighting in a distinctive design language. Its cohesive system gives architects and designers the freedom to shape light across an interior, bringing different forms of light into harmony while creating continuity, atmosphere and character. Discover new possibilities where light becomes part of the architecture.
More Ways to Light
Moooi Architectural Lighting brings together three elements: the Powerline 48V track, Tipsy Potoo spotlight and Fat Potoo downlight. Designed by Marcel Wanders, the three elements form a cohesive architectural lighting system, where track and fixtures work in harmony.
Look up and you may spot the inspiration. Drawing on the elegant geometry of electric transmission towers and the forms of nature, Powerline reimagines this familiar silhouette, bringing industrial strength and delicate precision into one distinctive lighting design.
A Line of Possibilities
At its core is the Powerline 48V track, which powers the lighting and can be used on both its top and bottom sides. This offers flexibility in how luminaires are positioned and arranged. Combine it with Tipsy Potoo spotlights and Fat Potoo downlights, or integrate selected lighting from the wider Moooi collection.
Inspired by birds perched on a powerline, the Potoo fixtures bring a playful character to the system, with adjustable beams directing light where it matters most.
One System, Endless Possibilities
Straight track sections connect with 90-degree corners, allowing the system to travel across an entire space and create continuity from one area to another.
Available in different colours, Powerline brings decorative character to architectural lighting, making it possible to develop one cohesive lighting language throughout an interior.
From workspaces to restaurants, hotels and beyond, Moooi Architectural Lighting gives designers the freedom to create spaces where technical precision and decorative expression come together.
