The Tubelight by BCXSY redefines traditional fluorescent lights and bends the rules of lighting, literally. This suspended design arrives fully assembled, for easy installation. Tubelight is available in two variants, with a 1.5-meter fixed LED tube or 5-meter flexible LED tube. The 1.5-meter version boasts a fixed arc. With the 5-meter version, you can shape the flexible tube as desired. Drape it over the sleek black fixture or fix it to the ceiling or wall with the clamping holders. You can position the tube to your liking. With the dim-to-warm functionality, you enjoy complete control over colour temperature and light intensity for your desired ambiance.

Collaboration and interdisciplinary dialogue are fundamental to BCXSY’s creative approach, culminating in the studio's ability to design in a way that invites its audience to pause, connect and interact.

BCXSY (pronounced ‘/bi-k-see/’) is an Amsterdam-based design collective, founded in 2007 by Boaz Cohen (IL/NL) and Sayaka Yamamoto (JP). The delicate, yet deliberate detail in their work is infused with subtle elements of surprise, wit and humor, which lend to its innately immersive quality.&nbsp;

The studio is accomplished in providing their partners with representations of distinct perspectives and shared values, through personal and collective reflection. With an extensive archive from furniture, to wallpaper, and installations, BCXSY’s conceptual aesthetic remains rooted in emotion and human experience.&nbsp;

BCXSY has gained recognition for its socially responsive projects and their award-winning designs can be found in the permanent collections of the V&amp;A, the Shanghai Museum of Glass, TextielMuseum and M+.

Wireless Wall Switch (dimmer)

With our Wireless Wall Switch, you’ll have full control over your Moooi lighting design with one touch. Our Wireless Wall Switch comprises two components, a wall switch and radio device to put in the canopy of your Moooi lighting design. The Wall Switch can also be integrated in existing System 55 (i.e. Gira and Jung) or Decora style wall switches.

Once the radio device is installed you will also have the possibility to control your light fixture with the Casambi App available in the Google Play and Apple app store. 

Within moments you can enjoy full and fluent dimming, all the way to dark.

Mains / ELV dimming is not possible

Mains and/or ELV dimming is not possible. The wireless wall switch is advised for dimming in this case.

What is included: 
Our partner electricians cover standard installation of one Moooi light, including a call-out fee, parking costs, labor for standard ceiling heights, and any small materials needed. We also handle placement of the Wireless Wall Switch and a phase dimmer, if purchased separately.

Transparent pricing: 
With a fixed-price structure, enjoy peace of mind and market-compliant rates, free from surprises. 
 
If you need multiple lights installed, simply add an additional lighting installation to your basket for each extra light. The pricing for additional installations is as follows: €75 for the second light, €50 for the third, €45 for the fourth, and €40 for the fifth and each subsequent light.
