For Milan Design Week 2026, Moooi Editions presents a special anniversary collection – a one-time-only series created to celebrate twenty-five years of imagination.
25 Years, Reimagined
For its twenty-fifth anniversary, Moooi revives Moooi Weer, meaning ‘beautiful again’, a concept rooted in renewal and reinterpretation.
Developed in collaboration with renowned trend forecaster Lidewij Edelkoort, Moooi Weer introduces the colour of the year: Tin Age. A matte metallic hue inspired by tin, a material both ancient and newly relevant.
Described by Edelkoort as the colour of “romantic brutalism”, Tin Age balances strength and softness, modest origins and contemporary expression.
Applied as a paint, it transforms existing objects and allows Moooi icons to return with a renewed presence. Familiar forms become reflections of the past, reimagined for the future.
More than limited editions, these pieces represent a shift in perspective. Objects become artefacts, carrying the memory of what they were and the possibility of what they can become.
Icons, Rewritten
Reimagined in Tin Age silver, Moooi’s icons are rewritten in Tin Age silver. Horse Lamp and Pig Table by Front, Marcel Wanders’ Container Table, Monster Chair and BFF Sofa, and Studio Roderick Vos’ Big Bold are transformed through this reflective finish, giving familiar forms a new expression.
Alongside them, four bespoke monumental mega chandeliers bring together Moooi lighting icons into layered, sculptural compositions with bold statements of light, scale and imagination.
